Explore our services

Orchards and farms supplying packers and marketers holding ChemCheck Fresh subscriptions have free access to the ChemCheck Fresh service.

Other orchards and farms may directly subscribe for access to the ChemCheck Fresh service.

Packers and marketers use ChemCheck Fresh to manage chemical use compliance and manage and approve intake with supplier declarations.

Orchard and Farm Blocks Module

This module supports the registration of orchards and farms, blocks, block attributes, and the association of blocks to packers and marketers.

All blocks hold a ChemCheck Fresh Block ID. This unique identifier facilitates two-way data exchange and integrations with NuPoint (providing GPS tracking and proof of placement) and packer and marketer systems.

Chemicals. Adjuvants & Fertilisers Module

This module is used to register APVMA registered chemicals with label claims for the required produce types, additives such as adjuvants & surfactants, and fertilisers.

Standard WHP’s and growth stage restrictions are applied based on standards set by industries [such as citrus] or the label when the product is not listed in the publication.

Packers and marketers list their own WHP’s, growth stage restrictions and products they do not allow their orchard and farm suppliers to use.

Sprays & Applications Module

Orchards and farms and orchard or farm Group Accounts use this module to plan and record sprays & applications on their orchard and farm blocks.

Job types are foliar (canopy) sprays, ground sprays, spot sprays, spread fertilisers, fertigation, and paint.

Planning allows orchards and farms to check compliance [no alerts] for their packer and marketer and check the calculated earliest harvest date.

Planning also allows work orders (operator sheets) to be processed and printed, emailed to operators, and transmitted to NuPoint.

New jobs can be “cloned” from previously entered jobs.

Reporting delivers the traditional “spray diary” with advanced search filters.

Declarations Module

Orchards and farms use this module to declare the details of all sprays & applications to their packer and marketer before harvest.

The declaration of all sprays & applications is customised for [and auto emailed to] subscribing packers and marketers and displays the calculated earliest harvest date based on the packer and marketer WHP’s.

Orchards and farms may process and print a more limited generic declaration for packers and marketers that do not hold ChemCheck Fresh subscriptions.

The declaration may also be printed at any time for use as a calendar of work orders.

Operator & Equipment Profiles Module

Orchards and farms use this module to register their operator names, spray accreditation details and email; and register their equipment used for spraying [with tank size] and spreading.

These registrations can then be selected on application record forms.

NuPoint Integration Module (Coming)

NuPoint provides integrated GPS and data solutions that track jobs for proof of placement.

ChemCheck Fresh work orders are transmitted to Nupoint for allocation to spray rigs.

The two-way API integration with NuPoint transmits back to ChemCheck Fresh the block completion dates, equipment used, operator names completing the job, weather data and actual spray volumes allowing accurate calculation of the amount of product used.
